History

P.Harakis Ltd. is a Cypriot property company (www.harakis.com). It was founded in 1936 by Panikos Harakis and over the course of the last 74 years has acquired some 1460 acres of land, predominantly in the Limassol district area. In the district of Limassol, P.Harakis established itself as a pioneer in land conveyance. Today, the Company is primarily involved in the development and selling of land, full-scale residential development projects and investment activities.

Our mission

The vision of our founder, Panicos Harakis, when he established our company was to provide land or houses to families or individuals in an absolutely secure way and with payment plans that were affordable to his customers.

Leadership

Andia Harakis Ioannides assumed her father's role as Managing Director of the company in February 1995.
