Portfolio

The impressive land portfolio of our company today is the result of the relentless efforts and legacy of our visionary founder Panicos Harakis. Today, the company is proud owner of 5,920,000 square meters of land (or 1,463 acres). This land is mostly concentrated within areas / villages of the district of Limassol, such as Germasogeia, Mesa Geitonia, Agios Athanasios, Pissouri, Agios Tychonas, Panorea, Erimi, Parekklisia, Fasoula, Moni, Palodia, Platres, Avdimou, Arsos, Laneia and many more.

Developed land

We developed land in the following areas:

Agios Tychonas
The area of Ayios Tychonas, unique with its panoramic views to the sea, is comprised of building plots over 1000 m². It is thus ideal for luxurious villas with swimming pools and gardens as per the customer's preference.

The first building plots in the area are now completed (2005), fully equipped with all the requisite services such as underground networks for electricity, water and telecommunications.

The company owns a further 76,000 m² of land adjacent to the area of Ayios Tychonas for future development.

Germasogeia Panorea

Germasogeia Quiteness
This area of Germasogeia is comprised of building plots of roughly 1000 m². These building plots lie approximately 2 kilometres from the centre of the village of Germasogeia and are located very close to the dam. They are targeted towards clients who will appreciate the serenity and green nature of the area. To improve the view and quality offered by these plots we effected a costly underground electrical installation which indeed emphasised the neatness of this serene area. A future resident in a housing project undertaken by the company, will have the unique impression of belonging to the countryside while only minutes away from the picturesque village of Germasogeia.

Mesa Gitonia - Panthea

Ypsonas Heights
This area of Ypsonas lies on a flat elevated region offering views to the Limassol area and the sea. It is conveniently situated off the Limassol - Paphos motorway to allow easy reach to the city and at the same time provide a future resident of the area the relaxing feeling of countryside life.
