GERMASOGEIA QUIETNESS
This area of Germasogeia is comprised of building plots of roughly 1000 m². These building plots lie approximately 2 kilometres from the centre of the village of Germasogeia and are located very close to the dam.
They are targeted towards clients who will appreciate the serenity and green nature of the area. To improve the view and quality offered by these plots we effected a costly underground electrical installation which indeed emphasised the neatness of this serene area.
