AGIOS GEORGIOS COMPLEX
The complex is in the Polemidia area, which is located just off the sixth Limassol roundabout heading towards Paphos, with immediate access to both the highway and Makedonias Avenue, a major road that leads to the commercial centre. Despite its location, the complex is quiet, unaffected by the noise of traffic.
The project is in advanced stages of construction, with Block 1 having just been completed. All apartments benefit from open-plan designs, an innovative use of space and unobstructed views of both the sea and mountains. Unlike other developers, we have installed eco-friendly solar heating for water and electric heaters throughout, in order to avoid pollution from petrol or gas.
