AGIOS GEORGIOS COMPLEX
This project in the Polemidia area is under construction and delivery is expected for fall of 2009. Its dwellings are very impressive both architecturally and structurally. Unlike other developers, we install eco-friendly solar heating throughout in order to avoid pollution from petrol or gas. In all 4 buildings, each of the first three floors has the following layout: one 2 bedroom apartment (100m²) and one 3 bedroom apartment (137m²), including covered verandas. Each fourth floor has only one 3 bedroom penthouse apartment (146m²) with large verandas. All apartments have extra storage space of 4.50m².
