PANTHEA
Panthea is comprised of approximately 650 plots. It is the largest project ever undertaken by the company and possibly the largest ever constructed by a private company on the island.
The concept of the development of Panthea was original in Cyprus, as it was developed two kilometres outside the city of Limassol in such a way as to offer its occupants both the panoramic views of the sea and the mountains, as well as the clean fresh air of the countryside.
The project is located 200 metres from the Mesa-Geitonia roundabout and abuts the main road leading to Fasoulla.
There are plots available to be developed by the company, along with villas for any interested parties.

PANOREA
Panorea is situated ten minutes outside the city of Limassol at an altitude of 400 feet above sea level and overlooking the village of Germasoyia. It boasts spectacular, panoramic views of the glistening Mediterranean Sea with the majestic peacefulness of the Troodos Mountains in the background.
It offers a perfectly serene village life, as it is an extension of the Germasoyia village with its little cafes, restaurants and traditional shops. It is easily accessible from the motorway which leads to the major cities.
The plots of the area vary in size and building coefficient; they are usually of 90% density and 50% coverage, or 40% density and 25% coverage.

NOVA SPORTS - MINI FOOTBALL CENTER
Our mini-football complex is located between the Mesa Geitonia roundabout and the Panthea area.It boasts two outdoor mini-football pitches, constructed according the latest Futsal specifications set by FIFA . It is equipped with a unique artificial turf system (Astroplay®), superb all over ground lighting of 300 Lux, as well as excellent changing facilities.
Moreover the complex contains a trendy cafe where one can enjoy drinks and snacks while the younger children can entertain themselves in the playground provided.
